It's First Give-away Time!
Hi all,
Okay, I have decided to have the first "Give-away" on my blog. I will start with smaller items for doll making and as the followers grow so will the value of the prize!
The first give-away is for some fantastic Antique Lace. It will be for 3 yds of 3 different antique laces. Some of them are French. They are valued at $4.00 - $6.00 per yard (if you can even find any for sale). That is a total value of $42.00 in lace, not bad for a first time give away. They are very fine cotton. This should be enough to create a lovely doll or more. Rules below.
First: You need to make sure you are a follower on my blog (click "follow" if you haven't already).
Secondly: You just need to comment on this post telling me that you are indeed interested in being in the contest, and what your miniature interests are and what you would do with the lace if you won! That's it. You only need to comment once and I will take all of the names of the entrants and have someone in my family pull the lucky winners name!
The Contest will close the end of next week at 9:00 pm Pacific time! Good luck everyone and don't forget to tell your friends!

♥ Idea for a Contest ♥
Hi,
Just an update to let you know I am still catching up on some orders before I can get back to Chantelle.
In the meantime, I was thinking of something fun to do for a contest to help generate more followers for my blog!
I am thinking that I will offer a free doll kit from time to time, randomly to people who follow my blog. That means that I might decide that the person who becomes follower # 100, or #101, or 108, etc. (we are at 80 right now) will be the winner, and then I will keep picking a random new follower every month, but it will always be a secret. No one will know which number will be the winner, does this make sense or sound like a good idea? Of course for those of you who are already followers, I will have to think of another way to choose winners as well! Just some ideas I am throwing around! Let me know your thoughts!

It has been awhile since I posted. I have been working like crazy to finish up my orders! If your ordered a Victoria, and haven't received her, the rest of the orders will be going out either Monday or Tuesday! I appreciate every one's patience. I got a bit behind during the holidays. If you ordered other dolls, they are also going out by the end of next week or beginning of next.
